As Much notice as possible

(Preferably more than the day before)

 

 

    Included in the price per head

all the crockery and cutlery,  serviettes to the colour of your choice, 

Brides Table with lace cloth and silver place settings 

Cake knife and stand available.

 

Breakage’s and losses 

(No "Greek" style weddings please)

 

Venue

You set out the tables as you like, we will finish them.

Table coverings can be supplied.

 

 

Bar Service

 If you are setting up your own bar, please make sure you have – 

tea towels, dishcloths, tongs or spoon for ice, bottle opener and corkscrew

 You will also have to hire glasses, jugs etc

If you hire us to do this (at extra cost) we provide all the above except glassware.

 

Leftovers

By negotiation.  

It is not permitted to return any meats or seafood’s that are left.

For obvious health reasons we have to be careful

 

Supply of Own Meats

 

By negotiation we supply your salads and vegetables for you to serve with your meats.

 

 

Mileage Charge

There will be a travel charge to and from country districts.

 

All prices exclude GST.

(but we can talk about that)

 

Payments

 

To confirm 

 

Ring us (or email), fill in the Wedding booking form or 

the function booking form and return by fax or post.

 

Deposit 

$200 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your wedding booking.

10% of your estimated function cost is required to confirm your function booking.

 

Full Payment

Settlement is required at the conclusion of the event.  

This can be either cash, or cheque.

 

Children

Under 10 years half price, under 4 no charge.
